Council President Weber presided and led the Assembly in the Pledge of Alegiance.
2. Minutes
October 17; September 26; August 29; August 15, 2005
Motion to approve was made by Councilman Silva collectively and Seconded by Councilman Benson and Councilman Patino. All Agreed. So Voted.
3. Correspondence
A) Town of Westerly regarding an Ordinance "Solid Waste."
B) Town of Hopkinton regarding Resolution pertaining to Eminent Domain.
C) John P. Kuzmiski, Finance Director re: Carties Health Center Bankruptcy-Court Ordered Tax Abatement-3/1/01.
D) Gertrude Chartier, Registrar re: Election results
Motion was made by Councilman Benson and Seconded by Councilman Silva to accept collectively and place on file. All Agreed. So Voted.
Council President Weber congratulated the Mayor and the Council on their election and welcomed and congratulated Mr. Gil on his election as Councilman from Ward 4.

B) Marisol Vega injury resulting from a fall from missing/damaged curbing in front of 182 Washington St.
C) Paula Ramirez damages to parked vehicle by fire truck.

A) Amusement Licenses
Motion to approve collectively with the exception of Splash Bar was made by Councilman Leger and seconded by Councilman Patino.
Councilman Leger explained his motion.

Motion carried 4 yes 1 no 0 absent. Councilman Leger voted no.

Applicant was represented by Attorney Al Cardona.
The Council agreed that the applicant could continue to operate under the current license.
