The Learning Community Charter School
Member of the Learning Community School were present to explain their request.
Council President Weber and members of the Council referred this matter to the Tax Assessor and the Legal Department.

Motion to approve collectively excluding Carties Health Center was made by Councilman Patino and seconded by Councilman Silva.
