A meeting of the Central Falls City Council was held on the above date in the City Hall Council Chambers at 5:07 p.m.

Council President Weber presided and officially welcomed Councilman Issa back from Iraq. He stated that all the residents were happy to hear of his safe return.
2. Claims
1. Kel Kat Realty re: Decision of Zoning Enforcement Officer
2. Jose Matafome re: Damages to property for sewer overflow.
Motion to refer collectively to the Claims Committee was made by Councilman Leger and seconded by Councilman Noury. All Agreed. So Voted.
Council President Weber recessed the meeting at 5:08 p.m. Meeting reconvened at 6:55 p.m.
3. Pledge of Allegiance
Led by Scout Vincenzo Bollela and Scout Justin Adams
Council President Weber welcomed Scout Bollela and Scout Adams and asked that they lead the Assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance.
4. Presentations
Certificate of Congratulations & Best Wishes to Justin Adams and Vincenzo Bollela for attaining their Arrow of Light.
Council President Weber assisted by Councilman Leger presented each scout with a Council certificate.

Motion to accept and place on file was made by Councilman Noury and seconded by Councilman Leger and Councilman Patino. All Agreed. So Voted.

Motion to accept collectively and place on file was made by Councilman Noury and seconded by Councilman Issa. Councilman Noury commented on correspondence #3.
Council President Weber requested that the Solicitor send a letter to A-1 tire to appear at next regular meeting. On motion all agreed. So Voted.

Motion to accept collectively and place on file collectively was made by Councilman Leger and seconded by Councilman Noury. All Agreed. So Voted.
Councilman Leger questioned the Budget Report and asked if that was in the packet. Motion to reconsider vote on Budget report was made by Councilman Leger and seconded by Councilman Noury. All Agreed. So Voted. Motion to table budget report was made by Councilman Leger and seconded by Councilman Issa. All Agreed. So Voted.

Motion to table to November 17, 2003 and to notify Lt. Moreau was made by Councilman Noury and seconded by Councilman Leger and Councilman Patino. All Agreed. So voted.
