Councilman Noury commented on the issue of the City Solicitor and asked that a Resolution Directing the Legal Department for advice regarding a Writ of Mandamus.
Councilman Leger commented on drawing up specifications regarding a cost study related to the privatization of trash collection.
Discussion took place regarding the need for individual organizations using the park to provide Proof of liability insurance.
