A meeting of the Central Falls City Council was held on the above date in the City Hall Council Chambers at 5:00 p.m.
1. Roll Call
Council President Pro-Tempore Jason Leger chaired the meeting and noted for the record that Councilman Noury and Councilman Patino were present constituting a quorum.
2. Discussion
Legal Counsel-Central Falls Landing Project
No discussion regarding this issue took place in open session.
3. Executive Session
Pursuant to RIGL 42-46-6 (5) Discussion related to legal negotiations relative to the Central Falls Landing Project.
Motion to recess to executive session was made by Councilman Noury and seconded by Councilman Patino. Councilman Patino-yes Councilman Noury-yes Councilman Leger-yes motion carried.
Meeting recessed at 5:01 p.m.
Meeting reconvened at 5:37 p.m.
4. Adjourn
Motion to adjourn was made by Councilman Noury and seconded by Councilman Patino. All Agreed. So Voted. Time 5:38 p.m.
