A Special Meeting of the Central Falls City Council was held on the above date in the City Hall Council Chambers at 7:02 p.m.

4. Executive Session
Pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5(a)(1) relative to the disability retirement pension for Officer Thomas Tinkham health issues.
Motion to recess to Executive Session was made by Councilman Leger and seconded by Councilman Issa.

Motion to amend as follows: Section B (1) “this” with or “without consent” --- Municipal Court “by certified mail or in person” (2) city sergeant; or “Police Officer” was made by Councilman Leger and seconded by Councilman Noury. All Agreed. So Voted.
