A Special Meeting of the Central Falls City Council was held on the above date in the City Hall Council Chambers at 7:30 p.m.
Council President Weber indicated to the Clerk that a quorum of the members were present and to note that Councilman Issa was absent.
Councilman Noury motion to award the bid to Cayer, Prescott, Clune for a 2 year period.
Councilman Leger seconded the motion.
It was noted that the second year of the award would include GASB (an inventory of all municipal equipment).
Discussion took place regarding the multi-year bid.
