Pursuant to 42-46-5 (a)-1 Personnel related issues & Job Performance regarding Judge Raymond Cooney and the Central Falls Municipal Court.
Council President Weber read the above exemption on the Executive Session above.
Motion to recess to Executive Session was made by Councilman Leger and seconded by Councilman Patino.
