A Special Meeting of the Central Falls City Council was held on the above date in the City Hall Council Chambers at 5:46 p.m.

Quorum present.
Council President Noury presided and led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance.
A.) Resolution Congratulating Rev. Deacon Dr. Edmond B. Raheb on his First Anniversary.
B.) Resolution Congratulating the Rev. Leonard Faris, Pastor of St. Mary's Antiochian Orthodox Church on his Service to Our Community.
C.) Resolution Congratulating Rev. Arch-Deacon George M. Yany on his 28th Anniversary.
D.) Resolution Congratulating Eparch John A. Elya on his 15th Anniversary as Bishop and 7th Anniversary as Eparch of all the Melkite Greek-Catholics of the Unites States.
E.) Resolution of the Council Congratulating George and Georgette Hallal on their 50th Wedding Anniversary.
F.) Resolution extending Condolences of the Central Falls City Council to the Family Helen Swanson.
Motion to approve collectively was made by Councilman Lazieh and seconded by Councilman Robichaud. All Agreed. So Voted.
1. An Ordinance regarding The Re-appropriation of the Capital Program and Capital Budget.
So Introduced.
1. An Ordinance Amending Section 1 of the Homestead Exemption.
Council President Noury opened the meeting to a public hearing.
No public comments were made. Public Hearing Closed.
Motion to approve was made by Councilwoman Canavan and seconded By Councilman Robichaud. All Agreed. So Voted.
