EXECUTIVE SESSION
All members of the City Council except Councilman Leger were present.
The Legal Department updated the members of the Council on pending litigation and the impact to the City.
Discussion and questions by the members included but was not limited to the Firefighters contracts and award, other pending suits as well as the Benson case.
Executive Session adjourned at 10:03p.m.
