EXECUTIVE SESSION
Pursuant to 42-46-5 of the General Laws of Rhode Island Subsection (a) 2 and (a) 4 - For discussion of pending complaint with The Department of Attorney General, and Potential litigation re: Authority of the Council to conduct an investigation in accordance with the City Charter.
All members of the City Council were present.
There was no one from the Law Department was present.
Attorney R. Kelly Sheridan was invited into executive session at the request of the Councilman Gene Noury.
Discussion of pending complaint with The Department of Attorney General, and Potential litigation re: Authority of the Council to conduct an investigation in accordance with the City Charter.
Executive session adjourned at 8:55 pm.
