The City Council recessed to Executive Session upon motion by Councilman Matthews and second by Councilwoman Moreau at 7:06 P.M. in the Mayor's Conference Room.
Judge Pratt related various matters to the Council relative to Municipal Court personnel.
Council Members questioned Judge Pratt.
zoning Matters were discussed by Judge Pratt and Council Members.
Judge Pratt commented on other Municipal Court Matters.
The Council thanked Judge Pratt.
Council President Canavan commented on other personnel related matters.
Councilman Paquette, Councilman Matthews, Councilman Ferri and Councilwoman Moreau all responded to Council President Canavan's comments. Discussion ensued.
