A Special Meeting of the Central Falls City Council was held on the above date at the Central Falls Junior/Senior High School at 9:50 AM.

City Council President Albert O. Laroche presided.

Motion carries 4 yes 0 no 1 absent.
Councilwoman Moreau updated the Council on the Animal Control Officer regarding payment due the Dog Officer in the Amount of $200.00 on clothing allowance and 4 weeks salary. Councilwoman Moreau stated that she would inform the new Council of the disposition of this matter.
Motion to adjourn sine die was made by Councilman Brousseau and seconded by Councilman Charbonneau and Councilwoman Moreau.

Council President Laroche commended the City Clerk Daniel Issa and the Deputy City Clerk Elizabeth Crowley for their service to the City Council for the past two years.
Motion to adjourn was made by Councilman Brousseau and seconded by Councilwoman Moreau. All Agreed. So Voted. Time 10:00 A.M.
