A Regular Meeting of the Central Falls City Council was held on the above date in the City Hall Council Chambers at 8:01 P.M.
Roll Call present:
Councilman Charbonneau
Councilman Laroche
Councilman Vaudreuil
Councilwoman Moreau absent due to illness.
Quorum present.
Council President Laroche presided.
Motion was made by Councilman Charbonneau and seconded by Councilman Vaudreuil to accept and place on file all agreed. So Voted.
Minimum Housing, Electrical, Plumbing Building Inspector these reports are for January. Police Report, Municipal Court Report, Animal Control Officer Report.
Motion to accept collectively and place on file was made by Councilman Vaudreuil and seconded by Councilman Charbonneau. All Agreed. So Voted.
An Ordinance Related to Chapter 10 of the Revised Ordinances entitled "Fire Prevention" Article III Section 10-17 "Hazardous Materials Permit to Store and Use."
An Ordinance Related to Chapter 10 of the Revised Ordinances entitled "Fire Prevention" Article II Section 10-18 "Designating Certain City Roadways on which Hazardous Materials may be Transported."
An Ordinance Related to Chapter 9 of the Revised Ordinances entitled "Fire Division" Article I" "Fire Alarm System" Introduced by Council President Laroche.
Congratulating the Central Falls Junior/Senior High School Chess Champions.
Council President Albert O. Laroche sponsored and presented this Resolution to the Champions. Motion to approve was unanimous.
