SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
THURSDAY, APRIL 19, 1991 AT 8:00 P.M.
A Special Meeting of the Central Falls City Council was held in the City Hall Council Chambers on the above date at 8:00 P.M.
Roll Call present:
Councilman Brousseau
Councilwoman Moreau
Councilman Vaudreuil
Quorum present.
Councilman Vaudreuil presided.
Councilman Vaudreuil read the call regarding Deputy Chief of Police John Fram.
City Clerk Daniel J. Issa read correspondence from the Board of Pension and Retirement.
Motion was made by Councilman Brousseau and seconded by Councilwoman Moreau to accept correspondence and place on file. All Agreed.
So Voted.
RETIREMENT
Deputy Police Chief John Fram
Motion was made by Councilman Brousseau and seconded by Councilwoman Moreau to accept the recommendations of the Board of Pensions and Retirement to place Deputy Chief Fram on Disability Retirement effective April 18, 1991.
Unanimously Approved.
Deputy Chief Fram thanked Mayor Lazieh, the City Council, and the City Administration. He reflected on his almost 25yrs of service as a City Policeman.
Councilwoman Moreau, Councilman Vaudreuil and Councilman Brousseau each thanked Deputy Chief Fram for his dedicated service to the City of Central Falls.
Motion to adjourn was made by Councilman Brousseau and seconded by Councilwoman Moreau. All Agreed. So Voted. Time 8:10 P.M.
