Quorum Present.
City Council President Albert O. Laroche presided.

Sale of Furniture and Accesories.
Motion was made by Councilman Charbonneau to amend to include a Sunday Sales License. Seconded by Councilman Vaudreuil. All Agreed. So Voted.
Motion to approve was made by Councilman Charbonneau. Unanimoulsy seconded. Unanimlusly approved.
Motion was made by Councilman Charbonneau and seconded by Councilman Vaudreuil to consider other items not on agenda. Unanimously consented.
Mayor Lazieh asked for unanimous consent to consider waiving fees for Building Permits for the Central Falls Community Center. Motion to approve was made by Councilman Charbonneau and seconded by Councilman Vaudreuil. All Agreed. So Voted.
St. Basil's Church Bazaar.
Motion to approve was made by Councilman Charbonneau and seconded by Councilman Vaudreuil. All Agreed. So Voted.
Mayor Lazieh addressed the City Council regarding the Bonds.
