FINANCE COMMITTEE METTING

AT 7:15 P.M.
A Meeting of the Central Falls Finance Committee was held in the City Hall Council Chambers on the above date at 7:15 P.M.
Present Councilman Charbonneau
Councilman Laroche
Councilwoman Moreau
Councilman Vaudreuil
Councilman Sienkiewicz absent due to illness.
Councilman Vaudreuil, Chairman of the Committee, presided.
Edna Poulin, Finance Director commented.
Motion was made by Councilman Laroche and seconded by Councilwoman Moreau to adjourn to Executive Session. All Agreed So voted.
Edna Poulin distributed the report for the last fiscal year.
Discussion of audit and deficit ensued.
Mayor Lazieh explained some measures he took to cut deficit which included not filling 11 positions from Jan. to July.
Bond sales were discussed.
Mayor Lazieh commented.
Chairman Vaudreuil reconvened the meeting at 7:56 P.M.
Motion to adjourn was made by Councilman Laroche and seconded by Councilwoman Moreau. All Agreed. So Voted. Time 7:57 P.M.
