A Special City Gouncil Workshop was held in the City Hall at 6:12 P.M.

Councilman Charbonneau
Councilman Sienkiewicz
Councilman Laroche
Councilwoman Moreau
Councilman Vaudreuil
Councilwoman Moreau and Councilman Vaudreuil both appeared after start of meeting.
Motion was made by Councilman Charbonneau and seconded by Councilman Sienkiewicz to adjourn to Executive Session.
Draft work copy of budget was presented.
Mayor commented on increased costs and decreased revenues.
No increases appear for salaries because of negotiations.
Edna Poulin commented.
School requests discussed.
Tax Rate &9.70 possible increase.
No increase for School Department discussed by Council Members.
Personnel discussed.
Mayor detailed the budget.

Municipal Court discussed.
Expenditures discussed.
