SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 22, 1990
A Special Meeting of the Central Falls City Council was held in the City Hall Council Chambers on the above date at 8:05 P.M.
Councilman Charbonneau
Councilman Laroche
Councilwoman Moreau
Councilman Vaudreuil
Councilman John S. Sienkiewicz was absent due to illness.
Council President Albert O. Laroche presided.
An Ordinance Authorizing the implementation of an escrow system with respect to revenues of the City to provide for payment of all of the City's Bonds and Notes, including the Bonds.
City Clerk Daniel J. Issa read the Ordinance.
Motion to approve was made by Councilman Charbonneau and seconded by Councilwoman Moreau. All Agreed. Unanimously Approved.
The Annual Operating Budget Ordinance, As Amended.
Motion to approve, as amended, was made by Councilman Charbonneau and seconded by Councilwoman Moreau. All Agreed. Unanimously Approved as Amended.
Motion to adjourn was made by Councilman Charbonneau and seconded by Councilwoman Moreau. All Agreed. So Voted. Time 8:15 P.M.
