August 20, 1990 Special Council Meeting
A special meeting of the Central Falls City Council was held at the Central Falls City Hall, city clerks office for the purpose of introducing an Ordinance Authorizing the implementation of an escrow System with respect to revenues of the City to provide for payment of all the citys bonds and notes.

Absent due to illness was Councilman John Sienkiewicz
Meeting was opened at 6:45 by Council Present Albert Laroche. A quorum was declared.
Motion by Councilman Charbonneau, seconded by Councilperson Sandra Moreau. Vote to approve was unanimous, motion carried.
Special meeting was set for Wednesday Sept. 22, council chambers, 8 pm. Mayor handed out 89-90 budget copies, as well as 90-91 proposed budget-and commented on same. Copy of 90-91 budget copy is as amended.
Motion to adjourn by Charbonneau seconded by Moreau.
All Agreed, so voted.
Meeting adjourned at 6:50 pm.
