Motion to accept and place on file item was made by Councilor Benson, and seconded by Councilor Ferri. All agreed. So voted. 4 yes 1 absent.

a. Goldberg Law Offices-Thomas D. Goldberg, Esq. for his client Kyra J. Harris and Melisa Harris for alleged injuries that occurred on 6/24/2013 while Melisa Harris was driving her car and struck a hole and protruding sewer cap resulting in personal injury an property damages.
b. Moretti, Perlow & Ronin Esq. for their Client John Rushiow for alleged injuries sustained on July 1, 2013 as a result of an injury sustained as an alleged result of the party name riding a bicycle on 20 Pacific St. striking a pothole.
Motion to refer both these items to RI Interlocal Trust collectively by Councilor Ferri, seconded by Councilor Benson. All agreed. So voted. 4 yes 1 absent.
Councilor Ferri made a motion to adjourn, Councilor Benson, seconded the motion. Time: 9:10pm.
