State Receiver’s Meeting
Minutes
A meeting of the State Receiver was held on the above date, in the above location at 8:35pm, and John McJennett, III was presided.

The Receiver accepted the minutes and placed them on file.
a. Edna Poulin of Notre Dame Street Central Falls, RI for alleged damage to her vehicle as a result of a pothole on Hunt St. on 2-19-2013.
Ms. Poulin was present earlier but had to leave.
Mr. Kirby suggested that the receiver approve the claim for $ 300.00 as provided by the pothole ordinance, if it is acceptable to her it will be paid out. If she does not accept it then it will be continued to the next meeting for a hearing.
b. Robert Menard of 140 school St. Central Falls, RI for alleged damages to his vehicle as a result of a pothole on Hunt St. on 2-16-2013.
Mr. Kirby suggested that the receiver approve the claim for $ 300.00 as provided by the pothole ordinance, if it is acceptable to him it will be paid out. If he does not accept it then it will be continued to the next meeting for a hearing.
Motion to adjourn made by John McJennett III, State appointed Receiver. Time: 8:36pm.
