b. Rachel M. Laisne of 6 Clinton St. for alleged damages to her vehicle as a result of a CF Public Works Dept. employee cleared the unplowed snow at 302 Central St. with the City's pay loader which resulted in alleged damages to her vehicle, as a result of a fire in this vicinity.
