State Receiver’s Hearing Officer’s Meeting
A meeting of the State Receiver was held on the above date, in the Council Chambers at 6:35pm Gayle Corrigan, and John McJennett, III was present.
Approved by the Receiver.
a. Pearl Watson for alleged injuries due to a fall on High St. on 8-2-2012 involving a sewer vent. By her attorney, Pannone Lopes Devereaux & West LLC.
b. Aaliyah Perez of Central Falls, RI for alleged injury at the Segue School due to an alleged malfunction of a bubbler.
Mr. Richard Kirby was present and spoke about the claims during the bankruptcy.
This was referred to the Trust.
The Receiver referred this to the trust.
