State Receiver’s Hearing Officer’s Meeting
A meeting of the State Receiver’s Council Hearing Officer was held on the above date, in the Council Chambers at 6:56pm Gayle Corrigan, was present for the Receiver.

Gayle Corrigan accepted it and placed on file subject to the approval of the Receiver.
a.) Manuel P. Faria of 352 Greenwood Ave. Pawtucket, RI. For alleged damage to his vehicle as a result of a pothole on the corner of Lonsdale Ave. and Barber St.
Richard Kirby, Esq. was present and explained that the filing of Bankruptcy puts a stay on all claims. No need for action.
