A meeting of the Central Falls Claims Committee was held on the above date, in the Council Chambers at 8:03pm Councilor James Diossa presided.

1. Roll Call

Robert Ferri present

Edna Poulin present

2. Minutes- April 18, 2011

Motion to accept and place on file was made by Robert Ferri, seconded by Edna Poulin, all agreed. So voted.

3. Claims for Damages under $2500.00

a.) Brian Fournier –of Seekonk ,MA of Central Falls, RI, for alleged damages to his building at 25 Ayr St. as a result of the execution of a search warrant.

Motion by to continue this item till June meeting made by Robert Ferri, Edna Poulin seconded the motion. All agreed. So voted.

Mr. Fournier was there earlier but had to leave.

4. Adjourn-- Motion to adjourn made my Edna Poulin, seconded by Robert Ferri. Time 8:04pm.
