A meeting of the Central Falls Claims Committee was held on the above date, in the Council Chambers at 7:44pm Councilor James Diossa presided.

Motion to accept and place on file by Robert Ferri , Edna Poulin seconded the motion. All agreed. So voted.
a.) Greggory Champagne of Lincoln, RI for alleged damages to his vehicle as a result of a pot hole on 329 High St. on 3-14-2011.
He was present.
Motion to table to next meeting by Edna Poulin, Robert Ferri seconded. All agreed. So voted.
b.) Brian Fournier of Central Falls, RI, for alleged damages to his building as a result of the execution of a search warrant.on 12-6-2010.
Mr. Brian Fournier was present.
Matthew Oliverio, Esq. was present and gave the recommendation to deny, because it is the responsibility of the tenant not to have been selling drugs.
Motion to deny this claim was made by Edna Poulin , Robert Ferri seconded. All agreed. So voted.
c.) Frederick Specht of 166 Harrison St. Pawtucket, RI for alleged damages to his vehicle as a result of a pothole on Dexter St. on 2-9-2011.
d.) Christopher Barber of Lincoln, RI for alleged damages to his vehicle as a result of a pothole on 627 Lonsdale Ave. C. F. on 3-4-2011.
Motion to table items c and d made by Edna Poulin, Robert Ferri seconded. All agreed. So voted.
