State Receiver’s Hearing Officer’s Meeting

A meeting of the State Receiver’s Council Hearing Officer was held on the above date, in the Council Chambers at 6:45pm Gayle Corrigan, was present for the Receiver.

1. Roll Call

Gayle Corrigan- Present

2. Executive Session-Pursuant to RIGL 42-46—5 (a) (2)- Potential Litigation. No executive session was held.

3. Minutes- June 20, 2011

Gayle Corrigan accepted it and placed on file subject to the approval of the Receiver.

4. Claim not covered by Trust

Kevin Guindon and Fraternal Order of Police for alleged fracture of the contract.

Richard Kirby, Esq. was present and explained that the filing of Bankruptcy puts a stay on all claims. No need for action.

5. Claims for Damages under $2500.00

a.) Annemarie Dumont of Central Falls, RI for alleged damages to her vehicle as a result of multiple potholes on Sylvian St. on 6-13-2011.

Richard Kirby, Esq. was present and explained that the filing of Bankruptcy puts a stay on all claims. No need for action.

6. Adjourn-Gayle Corrigan- Adjourned the meeting at 6:55pm.
