A meeting of the Central Falls Claims Committee was held on the above date, in the Council Chambers at 7:33pm Councilor James Diossa presided.

Motion to accept and place on file by Edna Poulin , Robert Ferri seconded the motion. All agreed. So voted.
a.) Pearl A. Watson of Pascoag, RI, for alleged damages to her vehicle as a result of a baseball hitting her car window while parked across from Macomber Field in Central Falls on 6-30-2010.
Pearl A. Watson was present. And explained her claim.
Michael Ursillo, Esq. City Solicitor was present and recommended to deny this claim, because many teams use this field.
Motion to deny this claim was made by Edna Poulin , Robert Ferri seconded. All agreed. So voted.
b.) Brian Fournier of Central Falls, RI, for alleged damages to his building as a result of the execution of a search warrant.
Was present, but the Police Chief had left and the law department requested more information of the Chief.
Motion to table to next meeting by Edna Poulin, Robert Ferri seconded. All agreed. So voted.
