A meeting of the Central Falls Claims Committee was held on the above date, in the Council Chambers at 8:10pm Councilor Patrick Szlastha presided.

2. Minutes- April 12, 2010
Motion to accept and place on file made by Councilor Benson and seconded by Councilor Aubin. All Agreed. So voted. 5-0
3. Claims for Damages under $2500.00
A.) Robert Leblanc- 1092 Lonsdale Ave. for alleged damages to his vehicle as a result of a pothole on Dexter St. on 3-14-2010.
Mr. and Mrs. Leblanc was present.
Motion to settle the above claim in the amount of $496.25 and $167.02 was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Delahoz. All agreed. So voted. 5-0
B.) Lloyd W. Pinderhughes – 372 Grosvenor Ave. E. Providence for alleged damages to his vehicle as a result of hitting a pothole on Chestnut St. on 3-9-2010.
Motion to settle the above claim in the amount of $96.83 was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Delahoz. All agreed. So voted. 5-0
