2. Minutes-December 14, 2009
Motion to accept and place on file made by Councilor Benson and seconded by Councilor Aubin. All Agreed. So voted. 5-0
3. Claims for Damages over $2500.00-(to be referred to Interlocal)
A.) Claudia Guarin- of 120 Butler Ave. for alleged damages to her vehicle as a result of a collision with a Police vehicle on 12-10-2009.
B.) Simple Pleasures Spa-753 Broad St.-re: Failure to vote upon the license application filed by plaintiff.
Motion to refer these two items to the Interlocal made by Councilor Delahoz, and seconded by Aubin. All Agreed. So voted. 5-0
