A meeting of the Central Falls Claims Committee was held on the above date, in the Council Chambers at 7:40pm Councilor Patrick Szlastha presided.

2. Minutes- May 10, 2010
Motion to accept and place on file made by Councilor Aubin and seconded by Councilor Benson. All Agreed. So voted. 5-0
3. Claims for Damages under $2500.00
Rachel Larson- Alleged damages to her vehicle as a result of hitting a pothole on the C.F/ Pawtucket line on 3-29-10.
Councilor Aubin made a motion to award her the maximum allowed by ordinance $300.00, seconded by Councilor Benson. All agreed. So voted.
