A meeting of the Central Falls Claims Committee was held on the above date, in the Council Chambers at 7:17pm Council President William Benson, Jr.Presided.

2. Minutes- March 8, 2010
Motion to accept and place on file made by Councilor Aubin and seconded by Councilor Delahoz. All Agreed. So voted. 4-0
3. Executive Session- Pursuant to 42-46-5(a)(2) Litigation pertaining to Progressive Ins. Co. Central Falls Rescue/Progressive Ins. Co.
Motion to adjourn into Executive Session was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilors Delahoz. All agreed. So voted. 4-0 TIME: 7:30PM
Meeting came back to order at 8:30pm.
Motion to seal the minutes of Executive Session was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilors Delahoz. All agreed. So voted. 4-0
4. Action/decision pertaining to Claim of Central Falls Rescue/Progressive Ins.
Motion to settle the above claim in the amount of $1704.34 was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Delahoz. All agreed. So voted. 4-0
