Motion to accept and place on file made by Councilor Aubin and seconded by Councilor Delahoz. All Agreed. So voted. 5-0.
3. Claims For Damages over 2500.00 – (to be referred to Interlocal)
1. Hipolito Fontes vs. City of Central Falls
2. Marie LaBoissonniere vs. City of Central Falls
Councilor William Benson recrused himself because item #2 was a distant relative.
Motion to refer these two items collectively to the Interlocal made by Councilor Benson and seconded by Councilor Aubin. All Agreed. So voted. 4-0—1 recrused.
