Motion to accept and place on file made by Councilor Benson and seconded by Councilor Aubin. All Agreed. So voted. 4-0
3. Correspondence
a. Jack Gannon Esq. to Allstate Insurance Co. re: subrogation: Marvin Giron
b. Allstate to Jack Gannon Esq. re: subrogation : Marvin Giron
Motion to accept and place on file collectively items A and B made by Councilor Benson and seconded by Councilor O’Connor. All Agreed. So voted. 4-0
4. Public Comments-none
5. Claims For Damages under $2500.00
a. Allstate Ins. Co. (subrogation claim) for Marvin Giron who was allegedly hit on 4-19-2008 on Perry St. by Patrick Rogan- Police Dept. employee. (This claim was tabled last month).
There was still no release signed by the owners, still.
Councilor Benson asked for this item to be tabled, seconded by Councilor O’Connor, all agreed, so voted.
b. Paul J. Savoie Jr. of 11 Echo St. for alleged damages to his vehicle parked unattended-on 1/19/2009 by a City Plow.
Motion to approve for the amont of $ 1869.39 made by Councilor Aubin,seconded by Councilor Aubin and seconded by Councilor Benson. All Agreed. So voted. 4-0
