5. Claims for Damages under $2500.00
Charles Koczera of High St. Central Falls-for alleged damages to his door at 122 Summit St. C.F. by the Fire Dept. on June 7, 2009.
Motion to approve in the amount of $470.00 was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor . All agreed. So voted. 5-0
6. Claims For Damages over 2500.00 – (to be referred to Interlocal)
1. Mercedes Rodriguez & Jovanni Pena –for alleged body and property injures sustained on Moore and Earle St. on May 8, 2009. Due to a pothole.
2. Rosanna Grajales for alleged body injures sustained by a Police Officer on April 10, 2009. Pine St.
Motion to refer items 1 and 2 to the Trust was made by Councilor Benson, seconded by Councilor Aubin. All agreed. So voted. 5-0
