A meeting of the Central Falls Claims Committee was held on the above date; in the Council Chambers at 7:35pm Councilor Patrick Szlastha Presided.

Motion to accept and place on file was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Delahoz. All agreed. So voted. 4-0

Motion to accept and place on file was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Delahoz. All agreed. So voted. 4-0
4. Public Comments—none
5. Claims For Damages under $2500.00
a. Manuel Furtado of 31 Maria St.-Lincoln, for alleged damages to his vehicle as a result of an accident involving the recycling truck on 10/21/08.
Motion to approve for the least amount $1,927.00 was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Delahoz. All agreed. So voted. 4-0
b. Carlos E. Alzate of 97 Hedley Ave. C.F.- for alleged damages to his vehicle allegedly hit by Police Dept. corner of Hunt & Illinois Sts. on 8/21/08.
Mr. Alzate was not present at the 12/8/2008 Claims Meeting. His claim was tabled.
Motion to approve for the least amount of $ 1,186.00 was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Delahoz. All agreed. So voted. 4-0
c. James Conroy of 16 Francis Ave.,Pawt. For alleged damages to his vehicle while parked unattended at Garfield Social Club parking lot on 12/2/2008 by a snow plow.
Motion to approve for the least amount of $ 738.29 was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Delahoz. All agreed. So voted. 4-0
d. Stephen Scopelliti of 93 Keech Dam Rd. Chepachet- for alleged damages to his vehicle on cor. of Moore and Dexter Sts. allegedly by a DPW vehicle slightly bumped into his vehicle causing the mirror to crack on 11/21/08.
Motion to approve for the least amount of $ 214.00 was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Delahoz. All agreed. So voted. 4-0
