Motion to accept and place on file made by Councilor 0’Connor and seconded by Councilor Benson. All Agreed. So voted. 5-0
3. Claims For Damages over 2500.00 – (to be referred to Interlocal)
Biafore Law Offices Re: Andrea Lynch of 31 Darling St. Re: slip and fall on sidewalk on Darling St.
Motion to refer this item to the Interlocal made by Councilor Aubin, and seconded by Councilor 0’Connor. All Agreed. So voted. 5-0
4. Claims for Damages under $2500.00
Meagan Lituri of 13 N. Main St. Upton, Ma. Re: alleged accident w/ City truck on Cross St. on 8/31/2009.
Councilor Benson recrused himself and said it was a newphew.
Motion to approve for the amount of $2000.00 was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Delahoz. All agreed. So voted. 4-0-1 recrused.
