A meeting of the Central Falls Claims Committee was held on the above date; in the Council Chambers at 7:35pm Councilor Patrick Szlastha Presided.

Motion to accept and place on file was made by Councilor Benson, seconded by Councilor Aubin. All agreed. So voted. 5-0
3. Public Comments--none
4. Claims For Damages under $2500.00
Allstate Ins. Co. (subrogation claim) for Marvin Giron who was allegedly hit on 4-19-2008 on Perry St.by Patrick Rogan – Police Dept. employee.
Discussion took place on the two different estimates. Because this is a subrogation claim the law department recommended that we attain a release from Allstate from the insured. Council Chair directed Law dept. to attain a copy of the claim release from Allstate. Motion to table made by Councilor Benson, seconded by Councilor Delahoz. All agreed. So voted.
