A meeting of the Central Falls Claim Committee was held on the above date, in the Council Chambers at 7:34 pm Patrick Szlastha Presided.

Pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5(a)(2) PENDING LITIGATION
City of Central Falls vs. Quality Gerentological Services Inc.
Motion to convene into executive session made by Councilor Crowley, seconded by Councilor Aubin, All Agreed. So voted.
Meeting re-convened.
Councilor Crowley made a motion to seal the minutes, seconded by Councilor Delahoz. All agreed. So voted.
6. Possible vote to be taken on decision on Executive Session on pending litigation.
Councilor Delahoz made a motion to settle the above litigation for the amount of $2190.04 , to be applied against the tax bill, seconded by Councilor Benson. All agreed. So voted.
7. Claims For Damages under $2500.00
1. Constance Cloutier of 200 Marlin Drive, Punta Gorda, Fl. For alleged damages to her fence at property located at 2 Pacific St., Central Falls, due to a fire at this location on 2/3/2007. She was notified at last meeting she does not need to reappear. Jack Gannon’s recommendation for this claim is included.
Motion to approve this claim in the amount of $1900.00 made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Delahoz. All agreed. So voted.
2. Maria Sousa of 30 Park St. Central Falls, RI. For alleged damages to the vinyl siding on her house caused by the DPW on garbage pickup day.
Motion to approve this claim in the amount of $350.00 made by Councilor Crowley, seconded by Councilor Benson and Aubin. All agreed so voted.

Motion to adjourn was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Delahoz. All agreed. So voted. 5-0.
