Motion to accept and place on file made by Councilor Crowley and seconded by Councilor Aubin. All Agreed. So voted. 5-0

Pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5(a)(2) PENDIING LITIGATION
City of Central Falls vs. Raymond D’Alessio- 15 Eben Brown Lane, Central Falls, RI ( POSSIBLE VOTE ON ABOVE)
Motion to convene into executive session made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Crowley, All Agreed. So voted.
Meeting re-convened.
Councilor Crowley made a motion to seal the minutes, seconded by Councilor Delahoz. All agreed. So voted.
Motion to authorize the Law department to settle the litigation in the amount of $2000 made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Benson. All agreed. So voted.
