2. Executive Session –Pursuant to RI GENERAL LAWS- 42-46-5 (a) (2) Pertaining to Litigation “Alhambra Bldg. Co”
Motion to convene into executive session made by Councilor Crowley, seconded by Councilor Aubin, all agreed. So voted.
Motion to seal the minutes made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Delahoz, all agreed. So voted. 5-0
Councilor Crowley recrused herself because she was the purchasing agent at the time.
Motion to settle the claim in the amount of $ 10,000 with Alhambra Bldg. Co made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Delahoz. All agreed. So voted. 4 yes 1 recrused.
