A meeting of the Central Falls Claims Committee was held on the above date, in the Council Chambers at 7:18pm Patrick Szlastha Presided.

March 10, 2008 Motion to accept and place on file was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Delahoz. All agreed. So voted. 4-0

Marie Twohey- City Clerk to Constance D. Cloutier, 200 Marlin Drive, Punta Gorda, Florida, 33950.- Her daughter will be representing her. Mrs. Cloutier lives in Florida.
Motion to accept and place on file was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Delahoz. All agreed. So voted. 4-0

5. Claims For Damages under $2500.00
Realty East of 820 Atwells Ave. Prov. Re: 129 Garfield St. C. F. - for alleged damages to the doors of their property in Central Falls due to the Police Dept. while investigating a shooting on 7/16/2007. Tabled from 3-10-2008.
Motion to approve 75% of $ 1983.33 was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Delahoz. All agreed. So voted. 4-0
a. Noor Memon of 1 Monach Way, Lincoln.- for alleged damages to tire due to a pot hole while traveling on High St., January 17, 2008.
Tabled from 3-10-2008. Noor Memon does not have to be present.
Motion to approve for the maximum amount allowed by Ordinance in the amount of $300.00 was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Delahoz. All agreed. So voted. 4-0
b. Constance Cloutier of 200 Marlin Drive, Punta Gorda, Fl. For alleged damages to her fence at property located at 2 Pacific St., Central Falls, due to a fire at this location on 2/3/2007.
Jack Gannon from the law department asked to have this item tabled until he can contact the Pawtucket Law department.
Motion to table until the law department contacts Pawtucket Law Dept. was made by Councilor Delahoz, seconded by Councilor Crowley . So voted. 4-0
