5. Claims For Damages under $2500.00
Oliver Noriega of 156 Cottage St. for alleged damages to his vehicle parked unattended on Summer St., by a Refuse vehicle on 6/11/2007. (TABLED FROM 8/27/2007)
Mr. Noriega was present.
Motion to approve for the lesser amount of $1,555.42 made by Councilor Delahoz and seconded by Councilor Aubin. All agreed. So Voted.
