The Regular meeting of the Central Falls Claims Committee was held on the above date in the City Hall Council Chambers at 7:43p.m. Councilor Gil presided as President.

2. Minutes

Motion to accept collectively and place on file was made by Councilor Patino and seconded by Councilor Benson. All Agreed. So Voted.
3. Executive Session Pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5(2) Litigation
Councilman Patino recruzed himself for the executive session on a) because he works for hud and did not go into executive session until item b).
Motion to go into recess executive session was made by Councilor Aubin and seconded by Councilor Benson.

4-1 Motion carries.

Motion to seal the minutes was made by Councilor Aubin and seconded by Councilor Benson. All agreed. So voted.
