A meeting of the Central Falls Claims Committee was held on the above date in the City Hall Council Chambers at 6:37 p.m.
1. Roll Call

Councilor Gil
Councilor Gil chaired the meeting.
2. Executive Session
Motion to recess to Executive Session pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5(2) Pending Litigation
WDC vs. City of Central Falls was made by Councilor Delahoz and seconded by Councilor Benson.
Councilor Patino stated that he will leave the meeting at this time and he will file a form with the Ethics Commission for reasons that he is employed by RI Housing who has a relationship with WDC.

Councilor Patino left the meeting.
Meeting reconvened at 6:47 p.m.
Motion to seal the minutes of the Executive Session was made by Councilor Delahoz and seconded by Councilor Aubin. All Agreed. So Voted.
3. Unfinished Business
WDC vs. City of Central Falls
Motion to deny any settlement offer for reason that the City has no available funds to do so was made by Councilor Aubin and seconded by Councilor Delahoz and Councilor Benson. All Agreed. So voted.

Motion to adjourn was made by Councilor Benson and seconded by Councilor Delahoz.
