Councilor Patino called as stated that since this matter is related to WDC he would not be present and he will file with the ethics commission.

2. Executive Session
Motion to recess to executive session pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5(2) Pending Litigation
WDC vs. City of Central Falls was made by Councilor Aubin and seconded by Councilor Benson.

Motion to seal the minutes was made by Councilor Delahoz and seconded by Councilor Aubin.

WDC vs. City of Central Falls
On recommendation of counsel motion was made by Councilor Benson to have Attorney Desisto move forward with recommendations as discussed. Motion seconded by Councilor Aubin
