Motion was made by Councilman Leger and seconded by Councilman Benson to accept and place on file.

3. Claims For Damages under $2500.00
a. Kristina Correia for alleged damages to her vehicle stopped at a light, hit by a police cruiser on 6/14/2005 in Providence on Hayes St. (note: vehicle registered to Anthony C. Correira).
Motion was made by Councilman Leger to pay $ 462.01seconded by Councilman Benson.
All Agreed. So Voted
4. Claims For Damages over $2500 – to be referred to Interlocal.
a. Solyris Vega for injuries allegedly occurred on a slip and fall on November 3, 2005 next to the sewer basin at 182 Washington St.
b. Stephen Legendre Jr. for alleged damages to his basement due to sewage backup on August 30, 2005, located at 94 Valley St.
Motion was made by Councilman Leger to refer to the Trust. Seconded by Councilman Benson
