A meeting Central Falls Claims Committee was held on the above date in the City Hall Council Chambers at 6:42 p.m.
1. Roll Call
Councilor Delahoz Present, Councilor Patino Present, Councilor Aubin Present, Councilor Gil (came late)Councilor Benson Present Quorum Present.
2. Public Comments
None
3. Claims For Damages under $2500.00
a. Patricia Garcia of 5 Darling St. for alleged damages to her vehicle while parked unattended at the corner of Darling and Illinois St. by a highway worker with a weed wacker.
Motion to approve was made by Councilor Patino and seconded by Councilor Benson to pay $150.00. All agreed. So Voted.
b. Oliver Noriega of 156 Cottage St. for alleged damages to his vehicle parked unattended on Summer St., by a Refuse vehicle on 6/11/2007.
Mr. Noriega was not present. Motion to table was made by Councilor Patino and seconded by Councilor Benson. All agreed. So voted.
c. John Mourao of Rehoboth , MA for alleged damages to his vehicle on 4/12/07 by a leaf blower used by the highway personnel.
Motion to approve in the amount of $1276.33 was made by Councilor Aubin and seconded by Councilor Delahoz All agreed. So Voted.
4. Claim for Personal injuries referred to Interlocal Trust
a. Marianne Crisostomi of Central Falls, for alleged damages to her person as a result of a slip and fall on or about July 21, 2007 on the intersection of Shawmut Ave. and Arrow St.
Motion to refer this claim to the Trust was made by Councilor Patino and seconded by Councilor Benson. All agreed. So Voted

Motion to adjourn was made by Councilor Aubin and seconded by Councilor Delehoz. All agreed. So Voted.
