A meeting of the Central Falls Claims Committee l was held on the above date in the City Hall Council Chambers at 6:15 p.m.

2. Claims For Damages over $2500 – to be referred to Interlocal.
A. Carolina Restrepo of 610 Pine St, CF– for bodily damages incurred, while allegedly using gym equipment at Community Center on Cowden St. on 9/6/06.
Motion to refer to this claim to the trust collectively was made by Councilman Benson and seconded by Councilman Gil. All Agreed. So Voted.
3. Claims From Prescott-Chatellier-Fontaine-Wilkinson-LLP for fees due as a result of extending the 2005 audit due to staffing problems in the amount of $4,650. (62 hrs x $75.)
Motion to refer this claim to the City Council was made by Councilman Benson and seconded by Councilman Gil. All Agreed. So Voted.
4. Carmen L. Alicea of 20 Hadwin St. -- her 1999 Ford allegedly hit while parked, unattended in the parking lot of Central Drug Store on 9/6/06 by Community Center van.
Motion to award this claim in the amount of $903.00 was made by Councilman Patino and seconded by Councilman Benson. All Agreed. So Voted.
